Our wedding planning package is made to focus on simple weddings, where you take the bookings and lean on us for advice and just logistics planning.

Confirmation of all wedding details with the vendors you booked
Placement of rental order on your behalf- you sign and pay direct
Shuttle coordination- help with detailed pickup and return schedule for guests
Creation of seating chart

Wedding Day:
Event management, up to 8 hours on site
Placing of wedding and reception decor per your instruction
Direction of the ceremony processional and wedding day schedule
Acting as point of contact for wedding vendors and guests

Any additional planning services outside this scope would be billed at $100 per hour.


For the couple that would like to oversee all of the planning but would like to have a seasoned wedding professional guide you on timeline, shuttles, seating, tie up loose ends and actually be the point person to handle all the details on the day of the wedding.

Your wedding day is a glorious grid of moving parts and Sea Stars will be there to manage all of the details and logistics so that everything is easy and seamless, with a focus on great food, incredible surroundings and guest comfort. Intimate, meaningful and unique with great attention to every detail.
