Local guidance call
Construction of detailed timeline
Construction of detailed google drive shared checklist to keep you
on track with all your planning details in one place
Confirmation of all wedding details with the vendors you booked
Placement of rental order on your behalf- you sign and pay direct
Shuttle coordination- help with detailed pickup and return schedule for guests
Creation of seating chart

Wedding Day:
Event management, up to 8 hours on site
Placing of wedding and reception decor per your instruction
Direction of the ceremony processional and wedding day schedule
Acting as point of contact for wedding vendors and guests

Any additional planning services outside this scope would be billed at $100 per hour.
