"Jamie and her team did the food and a few cocktails (and bartended) for our wedding this past weekend. I've never hired a caterer from afar (or during a pandemic!) without a tasting, but I can confidently say Jamie and her team wowed each and every one of us. The food was incredible -- everything I put in my mouth was delicious and flavorful and wonderful. My 1 year old nephew learned he loves crab, and I'm going to forever dream of the sorrel sauce. And the miso-cherry short ribs?! Swoon! Last, but by no means least, our wedding cake. I'm SOOOO happy we went with the frangipane!!!! Incredibly moist, with delicious buttercream - and the strawberries inside. We cannot wait to cut into our topper in 2022."
