Chef Paul has an impressive resume. He has been the executive chef at some of the best restaurants in the US, including Chicago's MK, NYC's Bouley, Dumont & The National, and was Geoffrey Zakarian's go to sous chef for 2011's Iron Chef before he made the move to Big Sur to be Ventana's chef. Paul found catering suited his lifestyle of being a dad to two young sons, so now you can bring the talent of this great chef into your home.

Jamie has planned over 500 successful weddings and events as the owner of Sea Stars since 2008. Also a culinary school graduate, she has experience cooking at several great restaurants as well, including Sierra Mar at Post Ranch Inn, Chez Panisse, and NYC's The Harrison. Since Paul joined her in 2020, she has been focusing on the management of the bookings, the production of the events, front of house and her real estate license allows her to have access to exclusive properties to book events at for her clients.

Alicia is more than just a planner, she is also notary public and a sommelier. She has managed Nepenthe restaurant over 20 years, handling wine, food, service and events. She joined us in 2021 and we are thrilled to have her on the team, serving guests, and working as event coordinator.
