The talented Mixologist Vanessa, former bar manager of Post Ranch Inn’s Sierra mar for 20 years, is a perfect fit for Sea Stars events. She grows & forages all her own flowers and herbs for her syrups, shrubs and garnishes. Sourcing all her fruits for custom cocktails from the farmer’s markets. Her flavors are fresh, interesting, seasonal and festive. Each menu is designed to showcase the day, the season, and your experience. Vanessa has been working with Sea Stars since day one.
Vanessa is a Big Sur local, and has been living in a giant wine barrel overlooking Pfeiffer Beach for 40+ years. She is an avid gardener, creative genius and mother of a dancer. In addition to crafting cocktails, Vanessa is also an events coordinator working with Sea Stars in the planning process part, and on her own time organizes the annual “Big Surrific” Festival and many many other local charity events and unique Big Sur community happenings.
