The talented Mixologist Katie from Golden Bear Bitters teamed up with us last year and we are constantly amazed by her cocktails! Her style is a perfect fit for Sea Stars events. She forages all her own flowers and herbs for her bitters, shrubs and garnishes. Her flavors are fresh, interesting, seasonal and festive. The bars are stocked with fresh made seasonal tonics, syrups, shrubs, juices, and bitters using local, wild-foraged, and estate grown ingredients. Each menu is designed to showcase the day, the season, and your experience.

Katie Blandin Shea is native to Carmel Valley, California. A lifelong curiosity passion for wild herbs, homestead gardens, and animals led her to get a B.S. in Agriculture from Cal Poly San Luis Obispo.
Through her 13+ years of professional experience in organic farming, herbal remedy, and the international food and beverage business, she was guided by a mission to make small batch drink products from an all local supply chain, and a fresh approach to each menu designed and event she participates in.
